The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the overall financial performance of the business, providing strategic support, and making recommendations to maximize growth in value. This role involves financial management and reporting, ensuring alignment between business goals and financial targets, and participating in corporate financial issues such as planning, capital allocation, and M&A. The Auto CFO will also be the primary financial contact for Auto business leaders and will lead financial communication to senior management, including the presentation of results, forecasts, and strategic plans.Applicants should have a strong financial background with 15-20 years of progressive experience, preferably including a past role as a Business Unit CFO. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree, CPA, or advanced financial certification being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the insurance and auto industry, superior communication skills, and the ability to influence effectively. Experience in financial analytics, M&A, expense and profit margin management, and return on investment analysis is essential.
