Growing food manufacturer is looking for a Plant Manager.

Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.

 Provide leadership and training to employees; motivate and lead Production Supervisors

 Coordinate plant activities with the Planning Department to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.

 Develop and control budgets, profits and plans.

 Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.

 Represent the Company with clients, investors, USDA representatives and business partners.

 Alongside Facilities Manager, maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace, or make adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary. Incorporate preventative maintenance programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Bachelor’s degree in related field or seven years experience in a manufacturing environment.

 Working knowledge of USDA/HACCP regulations.

 Experience with budgets and financial statements.

 Ability to lead a large employee base.

 Work environment consists of frequent visits to the manufacturing areas, as well as extensive time spent sitting at a desk.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
