Growing food manufacturer is looking for a Plant Manager.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
Provide leadership and training to employees; motivate and lead Production Supervisors
Coordinate plant activities with the Planning Department to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
Develop and control budgets, profits and plans.
Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
Represent the Company with clients, investors, USDA representatives and business partners.
Alongside Facilities Manager, maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace, or make adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary. Incorporate preventative maintenance programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or seven years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of USDA/HACCP regulations.
Experience with budgets and financial statements.
Ability to lead a large employee base.
Work environment consists of frequent visits to the manufacturing areas, as well as extensive time spent sitting at a desk.
