Cheer and Tumbling Director

Our cheer and tumbling department is looking for a responsible, mature individual who is familiar with both school and-all star cheerleading to coach our cheer program! This position will oversee and manage all aspects of the cheer and tumbling program's operations, develop and implement strategic initiatives, coach our young athletes to success on and off the mat and develop strong relationships with team members, athletes, parents and staff!

This position includes being able to spot up to Level 5 tumbling skills. This person will oversee all cheer and tumbling classes, all cheer teams and attend competitions. Other duties include hiring and leading staff, organizing class schedules, email and phone communication with parents and vendors, etc.

Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
