Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of various programs. You will work closely with staff, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of program objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage program initiatives, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with staff to create program goals, objectives, and timelines
- Establish and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
- Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Monitor program budgets and ensure financial resources are allocated appropriately
- Coordinate program activities and events, including scheduling, logistics, and participant recruitment
- Evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in program development and management
- Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate with staff, clients, and stakeholders
- Supervisory skills to provide guidance and support to program staff
- Budgeting skills to monitor program finances
- Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral -health issues is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
