Job Description:

A Malibu-based family is seeking a full-time Family Assistant to operate from Monday to Friday, providing versatile support in managing household affairs. The ideal candidate must excel in multitasking, proficiently handle errands, and effectively address any family requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly report to the residence unless otherwise instructed by the employer.
• Execute various errands promptly and efficiently.
• Facilitate transportation arrangements for the children or the employer as necessary.
• Interact with vendors and personnel working on the property.
• Maintain meticulous records of payments for all home-employed individuals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all household matters.
• Manage paperwork, including bill payments and hospital expenses, with precision.
• Coordinate appointments as required.
• Provide ongoing support for home-related projects.
• Be available for house-sitting duties when required.
• Willing to accommodate schedule if in ongoing education.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• College degree holder (Preferred)
• Flexibility to work weekends when necessary.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience of 2-3 years in a similar role.
• Access to own vehicle for transportation.
• Ability to commute to Malibu daily.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000, based on experience.
