Director of Nursing
Duties:
- Oversee and manage all nursing operations within the healthcare facility
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes

- Manage nursing budgets, including staffing levels and resource allocation

Skills:
- Nurse management experience, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and nursing practices
- Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and address performance issues
- Proficient in shift management, ensuring adequate staffing levels for optimal patient care
- Familiarity with Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes
- Attention to detail in documentation review to maintain accuracy and compliance
