Currently seeking a full time and permanent Registered Nurse, Home Health to treat in specific zip codes in the Greater Wilmington, DE for a well established, non-profit and medicare certified agency. Nurse will be responsible for conducting patient admissions, following through with plan of care, providing wound care, and other nursing care as needed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with flexible hours, plus on weekend required per month.

Compensation and Benefits for Registered Nurse, Home Health:

  • Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $74,000.00 - $114,000.00 per year (depending on years of experience and qualifications) plus additional per diem rates for any overtime visits completed!
  • Comprehensive health, dental and vision plans for employee and their families with extremely low out of pocket contribution, mileage reimbursement at .58 cents/mile

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse, Home Health:

  • Conduct 5-6 in-home visits per day for adult and geriatric medicare patients living across the New Castle County Areas.
  • Large organization with a very consistent census, ability to keep RNs in more specific territories due to their size!

Requirements of the Registered Nurse, Home Health:

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience working with the geriatric patient population and wound care is required
  • BSN is preferred, but not required
