Confidential Health Care Company is Hiring a Practice Manager Near Northville, MI

We're looking for a Practice Manager who aims for excellence and serves as the foundation of our practice. The Office Manager position is demanding and highly visible, requiring a wide range of experience and expertise.

Responsibilities of a Practice Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Management of Location by ensuring company policies are followed including health, safety and security rules
  • Assisting customers whenever necessary
  • Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service by motivation employees and ensuring a focus on the mission
  • Management of All Schedules for Providers
  • Hiring, training, and development of new employees
  • Staying accountable for each employee’s training and growth
  • Reviewing monthly sales with providers, and providing goals for sales increases
  • Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction
  • Providing leadership and direction to providers and staff
  • Preparing and presenting employee reviews
  • Performance Goals Communication to Talent and Oversight
  • Implementation of Marketing Directives on Site
  • Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices
  • All inventory and ordering
  • Store general consumable inventory and ordering
  • Optimizing profits by controlling costs
  • Ensuring product quality and availability and overseeing retail inventory
  • Taking disciplinary action when necessary
  • Petty Cash Management
  • Store Bank Deposits
  • Reports any issues to the Director of Operations

Office Manager Qualifications (preferred not required):

  • 5 years’ experience in healthcare management
  • Must stay current with market trends that may impact the business
  • Strong business understanding
  • Versatility and strong communication skills
  • Must have the ability to remain calm and exhibit tact in stressful and or delicate situations
  • Must have the ability to handle confidential issues

Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000 - Quarterly Bonuses Based on Performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
