The Rockford, IL area is looking for a General Dentist, Junior Partner to join our Freedom Dental Partners team!
This office is upwards of 950,000 in yearly collections. The provider is currently working 27 hours a week and this leaves plenty of room for growth in the schedule. Over time the addition of implant placement, endo, and an enhanced perio program would also offer astounding growth in this office. WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- DDS/DMD degree
- Active and unrestricted license in state of Illinois
- Desire to want to continue growing and learning along with mastering clinical skills and treatment planning to supersede your patients’ needs.

- Guaranteed Base Salary or 32% of Collections, whichever is greater.
