• Accounts Receivable/ Sending out statements/phone calls as necessary/ Sending to Collections
• Outstanding Insurance Claims- following up on any claim over 30 days
• Treatment plans to patients
• Discussing finances/Collecting payment day of service
• Scheduling patients
• Insurance breakdowns/PPO & HMO
• Cross Trained as an assistant is always good since we are a small office
• Endo experience is a bonus
• Experience with Practice Management Software
• Closing out the day which would include posting checks from the insurance company.
• The candidate needs to be comfortable making the correct write offs based on the EOB. We take many different insurance companies so they should be very well versed in different insurance plans.

Office hours are Mon 10-6pm, Tues 9-4 (usually an admin day), Weds 8-3, Thurs 9-4, Fri 8-3
