A well-known automotive dealer in Portland, Oregon has an exciting and rare opening as a Service Advisor at our dealership. We have been operating out of the Portland Metro for several decades at this point and there has never been a better time to join our dealership! Working as our Service Advisor, you would be spending the majority of time writing work orders for our service department and providing customer support as you go. The ideal candidate would have prior service writing experience with a proven track record.

Service Advisor Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous Service Writing.
• A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention-to-detail.

Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
• Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
