Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Gardening Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and gardening, with experience in maintaining outdoor spaces. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various gardening tasks to ensure the beauty and health of our landscapes.

Responsibilities:

- Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, trimming, and weeding
- Conduct groundskeeping tasks to keep outdoor areas clean and aesthetically pleasing
- Provide lawn care services including watering, fertilizing, and seeding
- Design and implement landscape plans to enhance the appearance of gardens
- Supervise and train other gardeners or groundskeeping staff
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Lead projects to build or renovate garden structures
- Irrigate plants and lawns as needed

Experience:

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and lawn care
- Strong knowledge of various plants, trees, and flowers commonly found in gardens
- Ability to supervise and guide a team of gardeners or groundskeepers
- Skill in maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard of cleanliness and beauty
- Leadership qualities to oversee projects from planning to completion
- Experience in building garden structures such as trellises or pathways
- Proficiency in irrigating plants efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.02 - $24.11 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
