Confidence Connection is a center for children with Autism. We provide ABA and speech services to children ages 2-18yrs in our bright and beautiful center. Confidence Connection is seeking a full time SLPA to join our team.

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually

Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), Sick Time, Health/Dental/Vision, 401K, Paid Holidays, annual raise and bonuses.

Schedule: M-F between 10:00-6:00pm

Job Description:

• Develop weekly lesson plans to teach social, language, communication and play skills.
• Assist in develop goals/objectives for students.
• Evaluations
• 1:1 and small group therapy
• Track student's progress.
• Weekly email communications with parents
• Quarterly progress notes
• Collaborate with BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), ABA and OT
• Delegate tasks to group assistants.
