We invite you to be a part of our growing and innovative team! In this role you will coordinate safety initiatives at a facility located near Bethlehem, PA.

What You'll Do :

Safety Advocate : Collaborate with site leadership to uphold safety policies and instill best practices across the organization.

Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal OSHA regulations.

• Hazards Detector : Conduct facility inspections to pinpoint potential hazards and drive proactive measures for a safer environment
• Action Driver : Lead accident and injury investigations with precision, playing a pivotal role in enhancing workplace safety.
• Regulation Collaborator : Work with external consultants to maintain environmental permits and compliance reports.

Qualifications :

• Ability to perform the above functions along with 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment, packaging, plastics, or chemical manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field. We will consider someone with ten or more years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) highly preferred.
