Junior High Head Girls Soccer Coach will be responsible for the overall operation and success of the junior high girls soccer program. Previous playing and/or coaching experience and experience working with student-athletes preferred. The position involves developing and organizing practices; and planning and leading the team through a competitive season. The well qualified applicant must be able to demonstrate proven coaching techniques and philosophy, with a strong knowledge of fundamental soccer skills and strategies, team dynamics and a willingness to work within the goals of the CV Girls Soccer program. Collaboration and engagement with the youth program and the high school program are expected. The successful candidate will stress character and personal development both on and off the court. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.
