Position Summary:

Preventive maintenance, installation, service, repairs and improvements of a wide variety of hospital and facility infrastructure equipment and systems including but not limited to Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, Mechanical and Structural Systems and Equipment.Testing, troubleshooting and routine safety inspection of systems, components, circuits, parts and related entities using standard test equipment and methods to assure the proper calibration and efficacious operation.Providing emergency maintenance services and procedures upon utility and system failures.The position may require specialization in the plumbing trade.
