Duties

  • Assisting healthcare professionals in delivering patient care services;
  • Performing preventive health assessments, examinations, immunizations, and patient screenings;
  • Responding to medical emergencies, providing the necessary support, and alerting medical staff;
  • Administering medications under directives of the healthcare providers;
  • Coordinating and managing patient care plans and follow-up care;
  • Ensuring strict compliance with the privacy regulations and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive health information;
  • Collecting, preparing, and analyzing various laboratory specimens;
  • Assisting with medical and administrative procedures including medical billing, encoding patient data, appointment setting, and maintaining medical records.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, medical staff, and team members;
  • Knowledge in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, medical software, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Familiarity with clinical procedures, medical terminologies, and healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Strong administrative skills, including medical billing;
  • Current CPR Certification;
  • Ability to work flexibly in varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proof of COVID vaccination
  • 18 years old and above
