CONDUSTRIAL is Hiring a Construction Staffing Sales Representative Near Greer, SC
- Build & manage a successful territory offering our services to Construction based & Industrial based accounts
- Work closely with clients and prospects to provide exceptional service
- Work closely with the office team (Director of Operations & Project Coordinator) to meet the needs of the company and the client base
- Successfully manage all reporting requirements related to daily client meetings
- Plan to begin and end most days in the office (Required for success in the business, working with all parts of the office team and field employees)
- Customer service, or construction background is helpful but not necessary. We will train!
- Background working in a fast-paced customer serviced environment is helpful
- Knowledge of skilled trades and industrial related jobs a huge plus, but not required
- Good Positive Attitude and Motivation to make Customer Calls (almost daily)
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere, work with others, follow instructions
- Willingness to be trained and utilize the proven methods/tools for success
- Strong work ethic, high energy, highly motivated, competitive
- High comfort level with the use of technology (computers, cell phones)
- Desire to reach unlimited income levels (build the business)
