Position Overview: As a Foreman or Superintendent, you'll play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day field operations. From supervising structural concrete repairs to ensuring compliance with safety standards, your expertise will drive our success. You'll collaborate closely with project managers and general contractors, communicating project details and coordinating seamlessly to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform structural concrete repairs across various job sites, including heavy civil infrastructure, bridges, and more.
• Oversee quality control, safety protocols, production efficiency, and material handling in the field, adhering to OSHA and industry standards.
• Communicate and coordinate project details with internal and external stakeholders.
• Read and interpret construction plans accurately.
• Process essential paperwork for each job, ensuring thorough documentation and reporting.
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5 years of construction experience preferred
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.
• Flexibility to travel primarily within North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
• Motivated problem solver with demonstrated proficiency in hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
