TRAINER (remote)

Be passionate and responsible for executing the requirements of the Client based training, acting as the liaison with our operations partners, and developing their team of trainers.

• Conduct skills, technical, management and staff development training process/updates within business unit
• Uses needs assessment tools to determine effectiveness of training programs
• Interacts with functional organizations to develop specifications for content
• Evaluates training methodology
• Designs and develops in-house programs
• Creates a partnership with Operations to create a win/win environment supporting business goals
• Proficient in process documentation and educating adult learners on how to effectively execute the process.
• Knowledge of Government programs.
• Evaluate training participants on class engagement, proficiency, and readiness for production.
• Knowledgeable of SharePoint and utilization
• Provide leadership with trainees’ classroom progress.
• Provide timely process updates to frontline staff

What U need 2 WIN

• Min 3 years’ experience as an L&D training professional
• Current knowledge of effective adult learning and development methods
• Experience in project management and scheduling
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication & presentation skills; sharp business acumen
• Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to travel (to 30%)
