Job Description:
Onsite-Claims Associate
$14.00/HR During Training (then will move to Piece Rate)
| PAID TRAINING!!!| BENEFITS STARTING DAY 1 |
Chattanooga, TN
Training Shift Hours: Mon-Sat | 8:00am-4:30pm EST | 2-3 Weeks
Actual Shift Hours: 8:00am-Until Clean Desk
Rotating Weekends and Holiday's

Within this position you will be resonsibile for properly scanning documents and placing codes on claims to differentiate each claim from one another. Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Basic Computer Skills
- Able to lift up to 30bs
- Well organized and coachable
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to Pass Criminal Background Check and Drug Test
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scan documents through a Kodak scanner placing DCNs on the bottom of claims.
- Ensure that images are completely legible.
- Utilize DCN's to differentiate one claim from another.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,640 - $33,300.
