Mailroom Machine Operator

Position is Onsite in Erlanger, Kentucky

Shift 3 : 00 pm-11 : 00 pm

$16 / hr., plus 5% differential

About the Machine Operator role

As a Machine Operator in a print / mailroom environment, you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth and efficient operations.

Responsible for operating and maintaining machines, you'll monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients.
• Sort, image, document, file, and archive by form type.
• Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information.
• Classify documents based on contract requirements.
• Capture information based on client requirements.
• Verify data from automated data extraction tools.
• Ensure the transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level.

Requirements

• Machine operating, warehouse or mailroom experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good organizational skills.

• Ability to problem-solve and work in a self-guided manner.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and / or sick time.

The estimated salary range for this role is $23560 - $29450.
