Conduent has an exciting in-office Call Center opportunity waiting for you in our San Antonio office answering calls in regard to the customer's government or state benefits.

We offer:

• Shift Differential of up to $1.50/hr (weekends between 5p-5a)
• Starting Pay $16/hr DOE
• Ability to earn incentive up $350/month after training.

Qualifications:

• Are you a problem solver who can patiently listen to, understand, and address complex customer issues
• Have strong customer service and people skills
• Able to build genuine connections with customers and enjoy guiding them to the best solution for their issue
• Can navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease
• Can work in a call center environment for the duration of your full-time schedule taking high-volume calls from customers.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Must be pass a background
