About the Role
The Business Operations Analyst position will support our enterprise claims processing system. You must be detail-oriented with great communication skills, with willingness to learn about the Healthcare industry. Candidates should also be able to multi-task while remaining flexible to changes in priorities and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Performing tasks and/or projects related definition of business requirements for operations
- Developing and maintaining methodology documents for standardizing procedures and processes used for team activities.
- Analyzing business processes and assessments to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
- Interpreting business needs and translating them into system requirements.
- Writing business specifications and forwarding them to technical staff for system development.
Requirements
- Have excellent communication skills, direct interaction experience with client/customer, required
- Min 3 years of healthcare exp
- MS SQL and Sharepoint exp desired
- Have highly analytical skills with developed organization skills
- Able to bring excellent data entry skills
- Experience with healthcare operations/processing within Medicaid operations, government healthcare operations and/or commercial healthcare operations.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $minimum - $midpoint.
