As a Maintenance Technician, you will contribute to the seamless operation of one of our communities, ensuring they are running at peak efficiency. We are looking for individuals with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Perform repairs and adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Address facility-related issues promptly to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
• Provide input on equipment maintenance schedules and improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance activities.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards to maintain a secure workplace.
• Work closely with production and operations teams to prioritize and address maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding maintenance issues and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Education and Experience:

• High School Degree or equivalent; technical certification or relevant degree is a plus.
• 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Experience working in a condo/high rise building is a plus
