Purpose of Role
The Supervisor, Evaporative Media Removal and Installation is a professional responsible for maintaining customer relationships, meeting media replacement target dates and cost, and ensuring efficient media change out operations.
They devise media replacement strategies, collaborate with customers to address concerns, and identify and recommend process improvements for media replacement.
Strong communication, leadership, and prioritization skills are essential.

Professional Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies
Education and Experience : Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a management position in cooling media industrial HVAC with greater than four (4) direct reports.
Degree in management is an asset.
Tact, courtesy, initiative, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately in multiple environments.
