Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for working with a crew to from, pour and finish concrete. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various hand tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare concrete surfaces for finishing by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing
- Use trowels, screeds, and floats to create smooth finishes
- Add decorative touches to concrete surfaces, such as stamping or staining
- Repair damaged or worn concrete surfaces
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Self-identifies mistakes, identify problems and recommend solutions
- Installing anchor bolts, steel plates and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete
- Placing forms that hold concrete to ensure the required straightness, depth and pitch is achieved

Requirements:
- 1-2 Years of proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Knowledge of different concrete finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Commercial driving experience is a plus)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Experience with concrete pumping equipment is a plus
