- Prepare and organize tools and job site
- Grind, repair cracks and clean/finish concrete surfaces
- Mix correct ratios of products to be used for the job
- Apply concrete products to properly prepared surfaces
- Stamp, stain, hand-paint, and seal surfaces for decorative finishing
- Follow protocol and established processes
- Other duties as assigned
- Create concrete structures for residential and commercial properties
- Set up forms and pour concrete
- High School or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license
- Requires physical work including pushing or pulling objects and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Have Strong Mechanical Aptitude
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to interact positively with clients and team members
