- Understands project requirements; coordinates, and efficiently utilizes resources to install / complete projects to the highest quality standards.
- Trains and coordinates the efforts of the team; work with sales and management to effectively plan and communicate needs; and takes ownership of equipment, team engagement, and the customer experience.
- Prospective candidates must be able to pass a background check and have a good driving record, use of a personal vehicle for transport to/from each project location or shop.
