PROJECT MANAGER

We are currently looking for an Estimator/Project Manager who is a quick learner, goal-oriented, and willing to do whatever it takes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of this Estimator/Project Manager position include, but are not limited to:
· Generate and find new leads and projects
· Uncover needs and develop solutions, collaborating with our team
· Create estimates
· Prepare and submit proposals
· Review and negotiate contracts
· Coordinate projects with the Operations manager, handing off the project
· Introduce the crew to the customer at the beginning of a new project
· Communicate with foremen regarding change orders, extras, etc.
· Monitor budgets and discover and communicate the variances to the foremen
· Invoice close-out requirements and finalize paperwork
This position will require 2-3 days per week of travel within a 3-hour radius (Dayton, Columbus and Cincinnati area).
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
· Experience working for a small company
· Experience working in a customer-facing role
· Experience reading blueprints
· 2-year degree or equivalent work experience
· Solid experience with Microsoft Excel
Preferred
· Project Management experience
· Experience with take-offs and estimating
· 4-year degree
· Solid experience with Microsoft Outlook and Teams
Desired
· Solid experience with Microsoft Project or similar Project Management software

Salary: $60 – $75K plus bonus opportunities
