You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of restoration services, including assessing, cleaning, disposing, and repairing homes and businesses. Responsibilities:

• Assess property damaged by fire, water, mold, and other disasters
• Properly communicate with customers, employees, and Project Managers
• Document all services in mobile apps
• Carry out water extraction and mitigation services
• Decontaminate and deodorize indoor space
• Demolition of damaged structural elements
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Perform mold remediation services
• Clean and store salvageable belongings and property
• Properly clean and re-stock equipment
• Attend to the daily laundering of tarps, rags, etc.
• Assist the construction and warehouse department as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and listening skills are a must
• Able to work in all types of working conditions
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• IICRC Water certification is a PLUS
• Physical fitness and stamina are required
• A valid driver's license is required
• Excellent driving record

Compensation

• $16 - $22 hourly depending on previous experience, skills, and certifications
• Bonuses paid for after-hours emergency service calls
• $2.50/hour pay for jobs that require full PPE
