• As a Contents Inventory - Packing & Cleaning Specialist in Auburn Hills, MI, US, you will be responsible for inventorying, cleaning, and packing household items and furniture.
• Capture clear pictures of items and record them using specialized software.
• Distinguish between salvageable and non-salvageable items.
• Handle loading and unloading items from the truck.
• Skillfully disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed.
• Conduct deodorization processes using ozone, foggers, and other tools.
• Utilize software to document all items thoroughly.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the cleaning and packing process.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment by maintaining attention to detail.
• Support the Project Manager and lead the team to ensure high-quality and efficient work output.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines on-site and promptly report any incidents or work rule violations to the Project Manager.
• Assist in final preparations and walk-throughs with both the Project Manager and the client.
• Keep the contents cleaning room tidy and well-stocked.
• Safely store personal property in storage crates to maintain a secure environment.

• Must reside within 50 miles of Auburn Hills, Michigan
• Possess previous experience in content cleaning & restoration
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, and teamwork
• Provide an empathetic and caring demeanor to the customer in their time of need
• Proven track record of arriving to work on time
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to obtain chauffer's license in 90 days
• Possess good physical stamina to climb ladders and stairs
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently; 100 pounds in a team lift
• Able to climb ladders and work overhead
• Able to work in different work environments (heat, cold, etc.)
• Demonstrate ability to work both as part of a team and independently
• IICRC FRST and/or CPT certification is preferred
• Flexibility to work longer hours when needed
• Attention to detail is a must
• Capable of standing for extended periods of time
