Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our team. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services to clients, helping them enhance their natural beauty and boost their confidence. If you have a strong background in cosmetology, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Perform eyelash extension services, including application, maintenance, and removal
- Consult with clients to determine their desired lash style and length
- Provide recommendations on lash styles that best suit clients' features and preferences
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sterilization and sanitation protocols
- Educate clients on proper aftercare techniques to maintain the longevity of their eyelash extensions
- Keep accurate records of client information, including allergies and preferences
- Upsell retail products related to eyelash care and maintenance

Qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology license or certification
- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of eyelash extensions and application techniques
- Strong sales skills to promote additional services and retail products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail and precision in applying eyelash extensions
- Familiarity with MINDBODY software is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards

Pay: $20.97 - $25.26 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
