Position Summary
Concordia University invites applicants to the full-time position of Program Coordinator in the Center for Excellence of Learning and Teaching (CELT). The team member in this position provides vital organizational support within the CELT, which creates faculty development opportunities and supports excellence in teaching and learning across all instructional methods (online, blended, face-to-face). The CELT Program Coordinator would organize and assist in the delivery of both on-campus and virtual professional development events, manage logistics for programs and online courses being revised or deployed, respond to inquiries from faculty, and distribute resources and information through various communication channels.
Additionally, the role involves ensuring the completion of administrative tasks such as program registration processes, communicating with adjunct faculty about the university faculty orientation, and managing student worker projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, proficiency in relevant software applications, and a commitment to supporting the university's mission and values. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with administrative proficiency, is required for this role. This is a full-time, exempt position, located on the Mequon, WI Campus.
