Bridgeville Laundry Aide Position SummaryThe laundry aide is responsible for processing all laundry items within the facility. Qualifications:Caring, compassionate, and understandingHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Laundry experience is preferable. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collects and sorts resident laundry/linens being careful not to lose or mix up resident belongings Cleans soiled laundry by loading and unloading machines, and ensuring that laundry is properly cleaned and dried according to State and Federal regulations. 3. Folds, counts, and re-distributes laundry/linens to resident rooms 4. Handles and mixes chemicals safely and properly. 5. Cleans and sanitizes work areas daily including: machines, worktables, and sorting area. Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition Commits to high ethical standards and complies with the Code of Conduct, state and federal regulations, accreditation standards and Concordia policies and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of resident and employee records and information. Has a duty to report compliance concerns, significant legal risk questions, fraud, abuse, suspected or actual misconduct to a supervisor/manager or to the Corporate Compliance Officer.
