The Quality Assurance and Wound Care Specialist Nurse is responsible for managing, tracking, and assessing resident's wounds, providing education to new and existing staff, and focusing on quality assurance.

This is a full time position, Monday through Friday (8:30 AM-5 PM), with an on-call weekend rotation.

Qualifications:

• Dedication to providing high quality care
• Current licensure as an LPN or RN
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 3-5 years of nursing experience
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Strong understanding of quality management
• Strong understanding of education principles
• Demonstration of leadership ability; working well with people, and showing enthusiasm and motivation.
