- Review daily schedule to coordinate participants needs in the community.
- Review the calendar every evening for the following day and every morning for that day to ensure you are updated on any possibly changes to the schedule.
- Transports participants to scheduled appointments and AA or NA meetings as scheduled.
- Ensures participants have necessary documentation and funding for appointments.
- Facilitate morning and afternoon circle as needed to quality and fidelity of the Re-Entry Model.
- Maintain and update records for assigned participants in Concordance Academy Participant System (CAPS) on a timely basis.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure Concordance continues to be the best.
- If in St. Louis, monitor and observe Concordance House participants while they are at the St. Louis Center.
