Concord Group Insurance is Hiring an Auto Damage Claims Adjuster Near Bedford, NH
Responsibilities
- Investigate assigned claims, confirm coverage, and verify damages
- Take loss reports directly from insureds and/or claimants and/or their representatives
- Initiate initial claims handling
- Evaluate, setting and recommending reserves
- Negotiation and settlement of claims
- Associate's or bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience adjusting automobile physical damage and liability claims
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills via in person, on the phone, and in electronic interactions
- Excellent understanding and skill level of claim handling and customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
- VT and NH Property & Casualty adjusters license or the ability to obtain licensing preferred
- Commercial Lines experience a plus
