Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage on-site fire suppression system installations and maintenance.
• Lead and mentor a team of fitters and helpers, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire suppression systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation or maintenance.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar leadership role in the fire suppression or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of fire suppression systems, installation procedures, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
