The impact youll have at Concora Credit:

Youll be responsible for developing and maintaining a wide range of reports and reporting systems that support the company's analytics, management, and operations. Youll build and manage the portfolio performance and strategy tracking that supports the company's core business.

As our Reporting Analyst, you will:

• Design, implement, and manage new data and reporting structures to improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Develop, run, and maintain periodic reports and reporting packages for internal management, investors, and business partners.
• Mine data and monitor data quality to regularly deliver crucial information for analysis and reporting.
• Import, cleanse, and validate datasets for portfolios being considered for acquisition.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate information and promote data self-service.
• Partner with cross-functional groups to address reporting and data needs.
• Extract data to perform ad-hoc queries as needed and conduct analysis to enhance and optimize business strategy.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities using strong quantitative, analytical, and verbal skills.

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business, or Mathematics.
• Two or more years of related work experience, preferably in data analysis.
• Demonstrated proficiency using SQL Server, Spark SQL, or Python. Databricks experience preferred.
• Enterprise BI experience required - PowerBI experience preferred.
• Must possess extreme attention to detail and strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills verbal and written.
• Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver results in a timely manner.
• Must possess strong quantitative skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
