Great Company dedicated to the distribution of Hispanic Food in Central Florida. We are hiring one merchandiser to cover the area from Stuart to Melbourne. The new merchandiser needs to be Bilingual (Spanish), Have reliable car to travel and have at least knowledge in the merchandising area. Weekly pay plus gas. Also;

- Communicate with store managers and retail team members to ensure effective merchandising of products
- Execute merchandising plans and strategies to maximize sales and increase brand visibility
- Conduct store visits to assess product displays, stock levels, and overall presentation
- Collaborate with store personnel to implement planograms and schematics for optimal product placement
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts as needed
- Assist with remodeling efforts, including setting up displays and rearranging merchandise
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product placement and pricing adjustments
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and standards for visual merchandising

Qualifications:

- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to interact with store personnel and team members
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles, including planograms and schematics
- Experience in stock management and inventory control is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26,000.00 - $28,000.00 per year
