State Tested Nurse Aide

HOW OUR STNAs CONTRIBUTE:
ConcertoCare Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) deliver in-home care to patients and provide virtual clinical care support under the general supervision of a registered nurse or licensed medical provider. This position reports to the practice manager.

Base Salary/ Wage Range $15.00 to $22.00 plus annual bonus. Compensation for the role is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. ConcertoCare requires all “frontline workers” to be fully vaccinated and to provide records for validation. Medical or religious exemption will be considered contingent upon the review of appropriate documentation.
