Project Associate

Summary/Objective

Concerto is seeking a Project Associate to join our team! The Project Associate has great interpersonal skills, works well under pressure, and enjoys collaborating in a team environment. They will support the Project management team and will work closely with the Director of Project Management to ensure dialysis projects are completed on time and follow the Concerto Construction Specifications. It is highly important that the Project Associate can work independently, and exhibits follow through on all tasks. The Project Associate will report to the Director of Project Management.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and maintaining project documentation and timelines
  • Support developing project schedules/timelines, monitor progress, and record updates in Concerto’s tracking software (Monday.com & Salesforce)
  • Assist in coordinating equipment orders and deliveries with the Technical team
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records.
  • Contribute to process improvement and best practices to enhance project management methodologies.


Qualifications

  • Prior healthcare experience; with a focus on dialysis Biomedical/Technical certifications.
  • Experience working in design or architect is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Specifically Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Experience with project management tools and software (Monday.com & Salesforce), preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
