Duties:
- Organize and maintain data files and records
- Transcribe data from various sources into electronic format
- Create and update spreadsheets using Excel, including the use of pivot tables
- Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accuracy of data
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying

Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to accurately transcribe data and perform basic math calculations
- Previous experience in a data coordination or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
