Conceptions Florida is Hiring a Medical Assistant Near Miramar, FL

Female Medical Assistant is needed for a fast paced, infertility clinic in Miramar.

Candidate must be certified and willing to work flexible hours.

We are looking for someone that can multi-task effectively, is organized with excellent communication and customer service skills. Computer knowledge of Word and Excel is required.

Experience working as a OB-GYN or Infertility Medical Assistant is preferred.

Must speak fluent English and Spanish. Bilingual is a plus.

We are offering a full time position with excellent benefits.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Taking patient's vitals
  • Drawing blood
  • Preparing and scheduling sample pickups
  • Preparing exam rooms
  • Assisting provider(s) during office procedures
  • Provide initial evaluation checklist to all new patients and follow up to make sure all tests are performed
  • Scheduling appointments and or procedures
  • Requesting prior authorizations
  • Equipment sterilization'

Training schedule will be the following (8-hour shifts):

Monday-Thursday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm in our Miramar location and Fridays from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm in our Coral Gables location.

Once fully trained, schedule will be the following (10-hour shifts):

Monday-Thursday from 7:30 am until 6:00 pm in our Miramar location

Fridays in rotation from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm in our Coral Gables location (new hire will rotate with the other medical assistants on Fridays. Estimated to work 1-2 Fridays a month.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
