Concept Rehab Inc & Engage Consulting is Hiring an Occupational Therapist - Full-time Near Tipp, OH
This position is at a beautiful CCRC campus located conveniently off of I75. It is a very established rehab program, with a great reputation. Big dedicated subacute unit has private rooms for the short term rehab patience. Spacious Therapy gym with ADL training space.

Responsibilities:
- Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and revise plan of care
- Communicate effectively with others about patient care and discharge planning
- Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistant and Rehabilitation Aide
Qualifications:
- Must hold a qualifying degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- An active state license is required where services are being provided to practice as an Occupational Therapist
