```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, ensuring their oral health and well-being. You will work closely with our team of dental professionals to deliver high-quality dental services to our patients.
```Responsibilities```
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Provide general dentistry services including fillings, extractions, and cleanings
- Administer anesthetics and perform surgical procedures as needed
- Collaborate with dental specialists for complex cases
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique in all procedures
```Requirements```
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license in good standing
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health conditions
- Familiarity with dental office operations and procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
