We are looking for energetic people who are reliable, have a great attitude, and are willing to learn. We have several roles in our gun holster manufacturing plant that we are looking to fill immediately. Based on your experience and ability to learn quickly, we can place you where we think you can be successful within the shop.

Molding :

We are looking for 3 Thermoforming/Vacuum Forming Station Operators. No experience required. You will be required to load and unload small plastic sheets on a heat press, then form the parts over various molds. It is a loud, fast paced environment. You must be able to think on your feet as attention to detail matters.

Responsible for the set-up, maintenance, and production of customer orders and for meeting specifications for quality and efficiency. The Technician assures the thermoforming machine is operating properly and must follow company procedures for safety and provide accurate and timely reporting of production data to comply with the companies Good Manufacturing Practices. The Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and mechanical related duties within the production area.

Specific Duties:

● Responsible for operating thermoform machinery while following safety requirements and assure safety procedures are followed in the work area.

● Produce a variety of molded plastic parts by loading raw material, setting and adjusting cycle times, temperatures, pressures and cycle machines to ensure proper and safe operations.

● Ensure the machine is operating at or above established forming standards.

● Perform in-process inspections of parts throughout production run and assure they meet visual standards of acceptance.

● Responsible for producing customer parts to order in the proper quantity as identified by the production schedule.

● Assures all manufacturing equipment is well maintained and calibrated.

● Insure daily production report data is correct and up to date

● Recognize defective materials for color, surface blemishes, finish and dimensions.

● Maintain the integrity of all customer/company owned tools.

● Identify the proper tooling required for pending production.

● Inspect condition of molds, component parts and for damage and wear.

We are looking to fill our positions immediately. Night Shift, Graveyard Shift, Full Time, Temp, and Temp to Hire Available. Must be able to pass a background check.

CNC :

We are looking for 3 CNC Machine Operators. No experience required. You will be required to to load and unload small plastic parts, select the corresponding CNC program, and make sure the machine runs the programs smoothly. It is a loud, fast paced environment. You must be able to think on your feet as attention to detail matters.

● Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures.

● Stop machines to remove finished workpieces or to change tooling, setup, or workpiece placement, according to required machining sequences.

● Remove products or workpieces from production equipment

● Set up and operate computer-controller machines to perform one or more machine functions of plastic workpieces.

● Program equipment to perform production tasks.

● Listen to machines during operation to detect sounds such as those made by dull cutting tools or excessive vibration and adjust machines to compensate for problems.

● Watch operating equipment to detect malfunctions.

● Program equipment to perform production tasks

● Confer with supervisors or programmers to resolve machine malfunctions or production errors or to obtain approval to continue production.

● Confer with others to resolve production problems or equipment malfunctions.

● Set up future jobs while machines are operating.

● Clean production equipment.

Buffing :

We are looking for 3 Buffing/Polishing Station Operators. No experience required, but some experience is preferred. You will be required to buff & polish plastic parts on fixed high speed buffing wheel. It is a loud, fast paced environment. You must be able to think on your feet as attention to detail matters

● Ensure components are safely secured for processing;

● Ensure effective polishing tasks are completed to specifications.

● Deburr and polish plastic parts to correct defects or to prepare surfaces for further finishing, using a buffing wheel.

Folding :

We are looking for a manufacturing line worker. No experience required. You will be required to fold plastic parts over molds for preparation for assembly. It is a loud, fast paced environment. You must be able to think on your feet as attention to detail matters.

  • Heat plastic parts using a heat strip
  • Folding plastic part of fixture and cooling part until plastic is set
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstation
  • Maintain consistency and efficiency to meet the demand and production schedules.

Assembly :

We are looking for 4 Product Assemblers. No experience required. You will be required to add hardware & assemble small plastic parts for intake into finished goods inventory. It is a fast paced environment. You must be able to think on your feet as attention to detail matters.

● Assembly of small parts using drill.

● Ability to learn new equipment and processes, and quickly demonstrate proficiency in their operation.

● Document completion of work orders, manufacturing steps and verifications.

● Maintain a clean area per procedures.

● Build tactical product assemblies with a level of quality, consistency, and speed to meet the design specifications and production schedules.
