2nd Shift Shipping Clerk

The shipping clerk will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders and maintaining product inventory levels. The shipping clerk will work closely with other clerks to keep detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

S PECIFICATIONS & S TANDARDS

Education

High School ( or GED, some college preferred

Training

• PC MS Windows, Word, Excel, non-Windows based programs (SAP / PKMS AS400)
• Data entry using vendor internet web sites
• Able to use MS Outlook for E-Mail
• General office duties
• Multi-line telephone
• Various office machines

Skills

• Organizational skills / Multi-Tasking
• Read, Write, Speak and understand English fluently
• Demonstrate math proficiency
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able to follow directions accurately with little supervision

Experience

• Two years in a logistical related office environment
• 3 . CRITICAL DEMANDS :

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Sitting, communication - written and verbal, hearing, seeing, and reading.

PHYSICAL COMPETENCIES

• Sitting for long periods of time
• Some typing required
• Communicate accurately with details, legible writing and proper use of telephone

Hours : 1 : 30 PM - 10 : 00 PM 1 Saturday per Month
