6 MONTH CONTRACT POSITION. Likely extension or full-time employment. Looking for individuals with engineering experience in the energy efficiency sector to support Con Edison's Energy Efficiency and Demand Management incentive programs in a technical capacity.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing savings analysis calculations on building systems and assemblies.
• Review mechanical and building code requirements.
• Develop and manage processes to review building systems savings analysis.
• Coordinate with contracted vendors to meet project review deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, Industrial, Sustainability).
• Three years' work experience in energy efficiency field.
• One year's work experience in heat pump design and/or operation analysis.
• Experience with building energy modeling software.

Preferred Skills:

• Certified Energy Manager certification.
• LEED certification.
• Four years' work experience in energy efficiency field.
• Experience with ground source heat pump design.
• Energy modeling experience (eQuest, TRACE 700, TRACE 3D)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
